I had this same problem yesterday and the disconect protection did not work and I was folded out of 2 hands that I had money in the pot. E-mails to support got me no where, they just keep saying that there was no problem even after I sent them a screen capture the 3rd time it happened, in the end I just gave up on it.

I love WPEX, but their support people are braindead. Polite, but braindead.
