I never said this. And you know it.

The conditions I applied were:
-"Remember they are getting ZERO ROI for at least 20 years."
-"They are also doing something highly theoretical."
-"long development [15+ years]"
-"multibillion cost"
-"Show me a project similar to ITER that has been accomplished in history using private funds." (implying single project, single goal, not hundreds of products)

Honestly, do you think you really think any of your examples satisfy those all those conditions?
