Default Re: AJ ui: Turnbet?

[ QUOTE ]
There are no draws on the flop.
-> villian made a bluffcall or had a madehand.
If i always bet the turn i think my strategy is exploitable.
So how often should i bet the turn and how often should i play c/f?
What change if villian is a good TAG?

Hero ?

[/ QUOTE ]

Why is everyone automatically calling for a check/fold on this ragged-assed board? Check-folding is fine against a super-tight player, but this is entirely READ-dependent. Is this villain a loose peeler? Does he normally give up on the flop, or on the turn? Or do you not know? Is he prone to bluff raising a turned draw?

Betting the turn against a LAG is okay, so long as you are willing to look him up with Ace high on occasion.
