I like it a lot. It's actually a sort of 2-way bet, as it could be a bluff that may get him to fold a better hand (44-66, etc.) or a value bet against unpaired overcards.
I say this assuming that this is the last bet you will put into the pot, barring spiking a 3 on the river. - Jeff
