Personally this is not about tilt, it's about the subconscious effects on your game when you know that you have lost money.
I feel that I play a lot better when winning than losing and it's always good to take a break after losing a couple of buy ins, then going for a fresh start. But sometimes the tables are so juicy that I just can't take the important break, and that's really bad. |

[/ QUOTE ] My definition of 'tilt' is letting the loss of money effect your decisions in a negative way. I guess you're not yelling or breaking hardware, but otherwise it sounds right-on.
