If you are playing a short stack with no money behind, try playing hella tight. Just wait for good starting hands. If you rarely play a hand, people will respect your c-bets. I've found that this strategy slowing acculmalates money. Once you have a stack built up you can loosen up and play your regular style.

I just think maybe I made it tougher on myself by bloating the pot preflop. I think a c-bet is mandatory because the pot is relatively big, I'm usually good here and I'm very vulnerable to overs so I have to try to take it down right now. That's what I get for being short stacked, I was really wondering the most about preflop though, trying not to be too results oriented.. |
