Need book on limit tournaments

I'm learning to play limit hold'em cash games fairly well and want to start playing limit tournaments but can't find any books on the subject. They're all for the no limit tournaments. Any suggestions? Thanks.

There's a post in the anthology about playing limit tourneys. Also, Sklansky's book on tourneys has information about limit.
