It's possible he could have AA too but he would have probably pushed preflop. After you reraised preflop I would guess QQ is more likely here because he c/r assuming you would bet his hand for him, which you did. If you are going to call here you may as well push.

I think he steals too often preflop in late position for me to give him credit for QQ. I think he might re-raise with that preflop.
