There will be a vote on the Conyers motion to recommit which is a common procedural motion to essentially send the bill back to committee (it will kill the bill probably)
Expect it to be voted down handily. Then we will finally have final passage vote on HR 4411 |

Motion to recommit bill back to the committees. Electronic vote will transpire. After this vote, they will vote on passage of the Goodlatte/Leach Bill (with the exemptions intact). |
