Hey Fin geniuses,

I understand Comedy Central paid for his show etc. I'm talking about a fantasy world where artistic integrity is recognized. Obviously they are going to show it and try to milk him for everything it is worth. Thank you for the lesson on contracts though.

What about the livelihood and integrity of every other member of the cast and crew. they put as much into the show as dave and then dave bails and they are all screwed out of it. About like the hate we heard when seinfeld decided to cancel his show when the other actors didnt want to. Except Dave didnt give them a chance to do a final episode and cash in alittle bit.

All those people would be nowhere without him in the first place. You had no idea who Charlie Murphy or Ashy Larry was before him. Charlie Murphy does terrible stand-up but is getting a ton more gigs and packing comedy clubs because people hope he'll tell a Rick James story.

If Dave thought the show was going to be weak, he wasn't abandoning anyone. He was protecting his integrity by not putting out a product he wasn't satisfied with. Your cast and crew excuse is a sob story. All those people made a bunch of money/recognition already and will get more work because of working for Dave.

don't bother watching show 2 unless you want an uninformed discussion on race relations from random people and no humour.

You gotta be kidding me. The other members have been cashing in ever since they've been associated with this show. Charlie Murphy and Ashy Larry have been getting gigs all over the place and even did a college comedy tour. They need to thank Chapelle for even having anything resembling a career. There is absolutely nobody on that creative team who is not better off than before for having Chapelle's Show on thier resume.
