3-betting KQ always gets me in trouble

im grunching...but i hate RRing KQ against mp raiser...maybe button, but mp? this is to loose, when u bet the flop and he calls, im going into total shutdown mode... if u 3bet, then bet flop hes folding almost all the time unless he has a damn nice draw, pair of aces or maybe a weak player with KK....
pick ur spots, this guy is respectable
