I just signed up today and, according to this, I get 60 days for RAF and 90 days for sign-up bonus. BW's page says it expires in 30 days.

Also, it appears you get the RAF first. I thought it was the reverse.

It depends on how you do it. Some people have gotten the RAF second because it was done manually after the fact.
