I don't hate the fold... but I think I call here without a solid read. He is raising 7% of his hands, and he is UTG+1, which means the standard AK, AQ and 99-AA. That flop is pretty good for an overpair, and many players at this level will over play TT on that flop, so you may be way ahead.

His turn lead looks like someone slowplaying a set, or an overpair more than a flush draw. I think you are ahead here often enough to call the $25, but you will likely have a tough river decision.

Side Note: I like to raise more preflop.
