I hope Portugal wins this, recent history against Netherlands has been good to us and I don't think they've looked really strong so far. That being said Netherlands is a very good team and this can go either way.

Let's repeat the quarter finals in the euro 2004, 2-0 Portugal (hopefully we won't score own goals this time).

Pauleta has a pretty poor record in big tournaments but he's a proven striker and he looks a lot better this time around than he has been in the past.

I agree with the rest of your post (although I'd easily include Ronaldo in the world class list with Deco and Figo).
