Ephedra was banned. Ephedrine HCL, the synthetic version, is still legal, and works better. Check out Vasopro by Mega-Pro. Stacking 200 mg of caffeine with 25 mg ephedrine HCL is dirt cheap and will be more effective than any of the prepackaged stuff that's way overpriced.

As for the stuff you posted, it looks worthless (vitamin is OK though). You should be getting enough fiber from your diet anyway, and psyllium husk is just Metamucil. CLA is not going to help you much, if any, especially if you're just starting out.

But the most important thing to note is that these are just supplements. If you don't have your diet and exercise in place so that you're running a caloric deficit, there's nothing you can take that will make you lose weight (except DNP, but nobody wants to go there).

How about phentermine? The stuff requires a prescription, but this can easily be obtained legally by doing your homework first (as long as you don't have an eating/dieting disorder that makes you diet when you shouldn't).
