I think this is a really easy fold without a read (that villain is a huge donkey) and you'll see JJ or 22 here the vast majority of the time and KJs some of the time. In full ring 400NL the EP limp/call raise followed by a flop minraise screams set. The fact you have the ace of clubs and the king of clubs is on the board makes this even less likely to be a semi-bluff with a flush draw. Your avg player at these stakes isn't calling your PFR with any 2 suited in the EP and then minraise bluffing at that flop.
