I think you were ahead on the flop (clearly) but probably have to pass this turn.

Villain has 4250 behind him and is certainly going to commit it if he has you beat.
Equally, if he doesn't have you beat you're (probably) unlikely to take his stack.

Completing in the small blind with K9 or TJ are certainly quite likely and in my opinion his most likely hand here.

Fold I think.

I believe he was hoping for his opponent to improve on the turn and pay him off somewhat - which kind of happened [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img].
(if his opponent doesn't have a pair, or just has a pair of fours then he's not really drawing live.)
