Terrible, terrible terrible to even go for it. I was about screaming at the TV. WTF is shanahan thinking. At home in what figures to be a close game, the other team is good and last I looked had a pretty good kicker with some success in the playoffs. What good could 3 points do? Not like a huge percentage of NFL games come down to needing 3, especially in the playoffs. Terrible.
