3-betting the flop seems like an option. CO doesn't really have to have a massive draw or anything, and putting immediate pressure on BB could have its advantages.

On the river, I like a bet-fold. Your hand is hardly a monster, though, I'll admit, so it's not just worse hands that are going to call you. But it will be better hands that tend to bet, in this 3-way pot.

One advantage to checking is that if by some chance it comes back two to you, you can get away cheaply. But I don't think this will happen very often.
