if you're set on having a meeting, just make it obvious to principal and TAP that if you don't work this out you're not coming. in the meeting, something like, I really like teaching here, I really think physics program/kids are great etc, it's really a shame that we're not going to be able to work this out as I'd like to come back this year, etc.

don't out and out and threaten anyone or try to call anyone out or anything, just let them know in the nicest way possible that you won't be coming back unless the schedule changes.

i have already committed to coming back (i had to let them know by march 1). i do not want to make that bluff unless i am ready to be called on it, and at this point i am not.

as far as "calling TAP out", i do not intend to do so in a dramatic, in your face fashion. i am going to allow them to explain why i got (imo) the shaft. i am assuming, but maybe i am wrong, that the explanaiton will not be satisfactory. i am then going to tell them this feels personal, and ask what i have done to deserve this treatment. since the new principal does not know me, he cannot have a beef with me, but TAP can and likely does.

i don't think the full insanity of this woman is being done justice here. she has some demons.
