Most disturbing scene in a movie

Any rape scene for me is pretty awful.

Has anyone seen Cannibal Holocaust? I almost puked during the scene where he stabs the muskrat and stopped there. Apparently there's also rape, turtles getting their heads cut off, and a pile of dead buried babies?
