It's basically forced upon us unlike Bobo's brilliant idea which is something we don't need to manipulate. Just don't say anything about PMs and you're set.

It was dumb of me to mention it but I wanted to get the game underway. It didn't occur to me that villagers might not have got PMs due to the fact they were sent last game and the mod didnt mention anything when he said all PMs sent. It would have been safer to shut up though. Anyway, I think the mod should always mention the policy in the OP.
