i agree that announcing roles on a rand() list so the wolves will have to lie is bad; i'm talking about discussing the fact that the list wasn't rand()ed and thus is an unfair game if not mentioned and restarted

with mine/bob's names matching up, i felt that was statistically significant to believe he didn't rand() the list

Bobo: Horn didn't forget to rand() the lists, and I don't know about any games where theme roles were used to angle-shoot. How about we just acknowledge that in a theme game the villagers could win by using the theme character information, and so we agree not to post our characters? I don't see this as a particularly big deal, and I think it will be water under the bridge before the day is over.
