I want...
-At last some people that speak decent english, but I want to keep the ratio of normal people to 40yr old Brittish guys looking for whores at a minimum.
-I need a Good internet connection to play that sweet sweet game that is allowing me to live there
-I would like nice beaches, particularily one for surfing
-I want to feel safe in and around my house.
-I can afford around $600-1000 for rent but from what I understand living somewhere for $100-$200 would probably be ok, I guess you could say I am pretty bohemian in some ways and feeling rich would be OK, but not necessary.
-is it easy to meet people there to talk to, not just girls but just people to hang out with?
+any other good things about thailand that you guys know that should be on my list. If any knowledge people want to PM me I would like to talk on AIM or something maybe.

Guam is pretty nice, its got everything on your list though surfing can be dangerous because sharp coral surrounds the island, and if you get bored Thailand isn't too far away.
