Sticky question

Am I playing sticky's correctly:

Play much higher stakes than I normally would. For example, I have a $250 deposit and a $250 bonus. I play $100 a hand until I hit a "target", maybe $1000 or so (or is doubling your D+B unreasonable?). Then I finish the WR and cash out?

How do I determine my EV when I have a target?
