I've tried out Wild Jack poker. It's a typical Prima site. Try and be more specific in your posts. It's hard to understand what exactly is information you're looking for.

Wildjack was a easy bonus, but was a pain to cash out. I deposited via Neteller and cashed out to the same Neteller acct. They cashed out the amount of the original deposit, but refused to cashout the bonus and a small amount I'd won untill I sent documentation. I've had the same Neteller acct for over 3 years. Same one I'd used at other Prima sites. Same Personal details on Neteller acct as listed with them. No reason for documentation request. They stated, random security check. Emailed and asked why you cashout my deposit amount but not bonus and winnings, told them it appears you just making it hard to collect bonus. Got response after about 3 days. Stated that certainly wasn't the case, send requested documentation and they would process rest of withdrawal. I got pissed and sent them email telling them to stick the bonus where the sun doesn't shine and hell would freeze over before I played on their or any other Prima site in the future. Got no response. After a couple days I'd calmed down and decided I wasn't just going to let them keep my money. I sent them a copy of my DL and a utilty bill. Received email in acouple of hours stating they'd received my documents and issued me a document tracking #, stated documents would be reviewed by finance dept. and would respond within 24 hours. After 48 hours with no response and no money. Long story short, after a couple more emails and days, I finally got my money. Been playing online for over 3 years, at more sites than I can count. First time I've ever been asked to send documentation.
