Default Honesty Question

Went to town today and cigarettes were on the shopping list. Asked for 6 cartons at the gas/convenience store. The girl running the cashier only charged me for two. Undercharge for four cartons, $133.

If you were me, would you speak up about the error?

I don't think I'd feel bad about getting the best of it from a gas station for once.

Irrelevant to me personally, a married female.

There is that Mom instinct though. However, her register is not going to come up short, because she only rang up two cartons. The mistake would show up in inventory, which is not likely traceable to her specifcally.

I normally speak up about things like this, but $133 isn't an insignificant amount of money (at least for me). To be honest, I wouldn't speak up. Yes, I'm going to hell.

Is this a roundabout way of saying you would say something?

I guess the best answer to that would be that I intended to pay for 6 cartons to start with, so it stands to reason that I can afford them.
