I guess the best answer to that would be that I intended to pay for 6 cartons to start with, so it stands to reason that I can afford them.

This brings me to a little story. I was buying some birthday presents for my girlfriend, and one of the presents was some relaxation oil type things that she likes.

This was a pack of several, so it was going to be $55. The girl charged me $11. I spoke up about it, asked her if she was sure the price was right. I don't know if she was paying attention, but there was something wrong with that register. She moved to another one, rang it up, and again charged me $11.

I thanked her and walked off. I figure I've done enough by speaking up about it, and if she's dumb enough to make the same mistake twice, that's her problem.
