OP,

Judging from your post you are incredibly new to poker. If you think what you've been through is bad and unbearble, it may be time to quit. You will at some point lose probably 5x more than you lost so far and for much much longer.

I believe I am a TAG, or at least, that is my goal.

[/ QUOTE ]
My goal is to make money. Did you mean to say that is your goal, too, or do you value the respect of inebriated strangers more than money? Playing poker is not a good way to get respect.

I hold QT, flop TT8, bet into the PF raiser, and get called. a 2 hits the Turn, and we cap. A K on the river, we cap. He flips over pocket deuces.

[/ QUOTE ]
Unless you have a great read on your opponent, 3-betting the river after the turn was capped was horrible. What did you think he put you on? Instead of obsessing with the injustice you feel, work on your play.

Dropping 70 BB never feels great, but it happens a lot, even to experts. It is poker, not chess. If you can't take it, quit poker.

[ QUOTE ]
I say:
“Keep calling my bets next time, assh*le”

[/ QUOTE ]
This was really bad. Don't berate the fish. Don't be a table coach. Don't try to win back in the chat what you lost at the table.

your problem is you've fallen in love with the moneymaker effect and you've yet to comprehend what a bad stretch of cards can mean. you are hooked on this 100 BB poker [censored] and whenever it goes wrong for a while you come and cry on this forum amidst the dwellers crying of how their parents hate them because they want to live a profession behind a monitor. advice? get a job if you haven't already gotten one, and get more of a bankroll to do whatever the [censored] you want. i haven't even read your runon of a post because it's all the same [censored] day after day, THIS IS WHAT WE DO, either you've got the stones to do it or you don't. end of story.

Lighten-up, Francis.

you don't play for a living, do what you want with the money. Keep it fun, there's no point in stressing yourself over it. Downswings are part of the game, learn from them. Relax or you'll end up like swings100...and one day blood might shoot out your ears.
