Once you have Stealth level 1 you can spy and it tells you if a base has any defences. I have not seen the SkinnyGuinea yet but I will try to rember him. Did you have a ton of cash when he attacked .62 is lots to lose in one attack. Also keep your wanted level at 0 and they won't get more than .10 most of the time.

I had 4.40 when he attacked... I was one deserted base short of Stealth 1.

Oh well, I just bought Stealth 1 today. Next on the plan is Fort 1... or maybe Attack 1? Either way, I really need to lose this Wanted Level 10...

I have been thinking about this. I don't really like being the leader anyways. We should have a vote for who is the leader if we ever get powerful enough that there ever needs to be tough decisions made. Right now I am not the leader I just approve the applications I don't give out orders or inforce rules. This is a free for all imo.

According to my report, no one has attacked or spied on me yet... the Sniper nick was already taken, so I am Snipe in the game.
