officiating is a crock.

Always is when it's against your team, right? That bastard official with the mustache is the Canes' worst enemy. Should have been 4 on 3 at the end of the second, but they missed a call on us. Makes up for the messed up icing calls they kept making on us in the first period for simply trying to set up the frigging puck.

[/ QUOTE ]

What? Are you watching the game?

4-3 loss meh....Canes got some bounces (the wesley save at the goal line) and then Miller giving up his 1st soft goal since Umberger in Philly to stretch it to 3-1...

...followed by the fantastic Ward save on Roy s crazy move to the non hooking call against Afinogenov...(I wish he would quit whining and flippin do something already our leader reg season scorer with 6 points in the playoffs)...

...when they were 5 on 3 I thought maybe but they didnt score soon enough to make it reasonable...

Im happy stealing home ice....

....and is it just me or did it seem like the Canes fans were at a funeral...there so quiet...

Yeah Max is frustrating to watch. I don't watch much reg. season hockey when he supposedly plays well so I don't know what his problem is, but he just looks like a sprinter with no game to me.
Wasn't Miller's best game, but I'm not worried about him.
Game 3 is key - I'm sure the fans will be rabid back home.

How many have the Panthers won? And GG, being from Buffalo, this type of [censored] shouldn't bother you anymore. We're used to it and we still love our Sabres/Bills. Just like Red Sox fans... and they finally won one, right? Gotta think optimistic.

15 minutes to gametime. Vanek out, Numminen out, Connolly out, Mair out. Jillson in, Novotny in.

They have to be fired up after playing such a [censored] game and returning home. Hopefully we can jump out early and take more than a 1 goal lead. Not taking any stupid penalties would also be a big plus. Let's go Sabres!

To my understanding this stadium is one of the loadest in the NHL, maybe it was just this game.
