Many apartments will rent to you based on your credit and may require a larger desposit. But you won't have much of a problem. Jobs are plentiful, almost everywhere in town is hiring for regular jobs. Depending on what you want to do I could tell you what I have seen.

Apartment prices depends on what you want.... if you want ghetto you can get in for 500-600 for a 1 bedroom, a really nice place will run around 1000 for a 1 or 1200 for a 2.

The "nice" rental prices seem a bit high. My (extended) family has three 2-bedroom rentals in nice complexes in Silverado Ranch and Green Valley, and we pay $850-950. No doubt you would pay more in a luxury hi-rise, but you can certainly get a perfectly fine 2 bdr-2bath unit in a suitable neighborhood for around $900.
