That sucks man. UB is terrible in the customer service department, and you told them your situation beforehand and they allowed you to deposit, I think that is shady on their part. As I recommend to everyone, play at stars, the support is good, the games are good, and they are the most reputable site out there. Hope you get your money back. -Mike

This likely means they proactively caught someone trying to defraud them, someone you may have been an unknowing beneficiary of (think a kid who stole a credit card, deposited thousands, and then just had a blast gambling it up "free of charge" at the tables). In your "little upswing" did you play with anyone really extremely terrible, to the point that you maybe thought they were intentionally losing?

If that happened, it'll likely be up to you to prove you are not related in any way to that person. Good luck, and settle in for a fight.

I thought of something like that, but why they wouldnt tell about it. I can't see a downside of them saying, that they suspect someone using stolen credit card so they will investigate if im part of it. That would help me alot, because I know i'm not part of anything like that.

There was couple bad players, but I won 2k or little more from only 1 person. Most of it came from AA vs AT on AT7T board so..

I am wondering why the majority of people who get the funds seized are new posters and their stories always have some shady undertones in them (in this case, underage player and multiple accounts).

Why would they? What good would it do - just allow you to concoct a cover story. Doesn't really do you any good to know that's what they are looking at either.

It could be a million things...just let it play out and hope for the best.

I used to read rgp a lot and I remember a few different posts and they were specifically about having underage accounts shut down at UB.

This was back when they were 21+, but I remember it seemed like they were the ones who always cracked down on underage gambling.

Well, almost everyone has done something shady.

I for example, I have done tons of "shady" but normal stuff, including playing underage, but I have no reason to write about it until a site steals my money and I go "why"?

But you won't see that until some [censored] site like DELL siezes my money. Calm down. OK, calm down. How can I make DELL go bankrupt?

Thats the same question I always ask in the politics forum. Ill go check it out and find a post that makes me go WTF, how can someone with a brain have this view, then I see he has like 2 posts. Of course the guy gets attacked non stop and he is never heard from again.

Trolls? Thats what I assume, but you have to reply to them so what can you do?
