I have done this in the past. Our version only required that it be done in 72 hours, though, so we could start on Friday at 12:01 am. That's hard enough. I think a keg in 48 hours is probably doable by two people but I wouldn't want to try. I've seen people consume pretty sick amounts of alcohol before, though, so I wouldn't want to bet against them, either.

I think that this is probably awfully close to the limit of what a hardcore beer drinker can accomplish and would make for an excellent prop bet. I would need to know more about their drinking prowess before I could put any money down either way.

A clue to the haters: Any world where PJN can't accomplish a drinking feat that I accompished is not a world in which I want to live. 40 hours might be more reasonable.
