I can't remeber his online name at 'Stars, but if you are really curious, I know that he took 3rd in the WCOOP Triple Shootout event this year . . . And he's a douchebag (but darn fine player). Michael [/ QUOTE ] I heard yesterday that he didn't tip the dealers for either of his wins at Caesars Indiana. |

A friend of mine was at the 5K final table with Friedman. When it was down to 10 (final 9 pay). They all decided to throw $500 in for the 10th person, so he gets his buy in back. Adam was the only one that didnt want to do it. He eventually did, but was the only person that actually objected to it.

Here is a Cardplayer article that specifically deals with this situation: http://www.cardplayer.com/poker_maga...es/?a_id=15211 |

The 5k buy in, 9th got 12K, so everyone throwing in $500 wasnt asking for much. A short stack chiming in, in a $500 tourney asking that money be taken away from first just to pay 13th is quite different. If he had asked that each player throw in $40 to cover the buy in for the 13th place person, then it would be the same thing. Dont compare apples to oranges. |
