I always maximize my win, I would raise on the turn with all that action. That is if the board doesn't pair. Some players won't think you flopped the nuts if you raise on the turn, since they have one bet in already they will probably call one more bet with top pair, two pair or one flush card.

Oh sorry, it's late... I would raise the flop to get a free card. Translation: If you raise the flop everyone is more than likely gonna check the turn to you, if you hit - you bet, If you miss - you get a free river.
