Basketball Streetball Rules

DEFINITELY NO f-ing charges in streetball.
And if there's more than 2 calls made in a game, it's effectively a game of "Skirts vs Blouses"

Upto 11, 16, or 21 pts.
Having 2s (or 3s) depends on the region and court.

And for those of you who play upto 5, do you guys wear sports bras or regular bras when you play?

I think who ever said no 3 seconds is [censored] joking, this is what makes street ball [censored]-riffic, it should be like normal ball just more contact but people shouldn't [censored] jam up the key because that makes the game slow and horrifically boring to watch and play.

3 seconds rule is what keeps basketball interesting imo it is key. I always adhere to this rule when playing streetball even though I know I don't have to.

It's bizzare how it's always games to 11 or 16 or 21. No reason, but it's like it's embossed on our brains when we enter 3rd grade.
"okay, game is to 11 by ones, winner's out (if halfcourt), and only call a foul if you really got hacked"
if fullcourt, losers outs are implied.

i joined a gym where they played to 12.
I freaked out the first few times and I asked, why 12? They said why not? I couldn't come up with an answer.

I've played to 7, 11, 12, 15, or 21, everyone is different. Serious games seem to be either 15 or 21. All ones unless we are at a court with a 3 point line. 3 on 3 for halfcourt, 4 on 4 is usually too many. Call next if you are out, if the court is packed you usually gotta pick up 2 before the game ends.

Offense calls fouls, but only bitches call fouls. Being knocked down or hearing the slap is usually acceptable.
