Default NLHE: Betting into the raiser

If you had a criteria for betting into the raiser in a NLHE game what would it be?

1. He is tight, my hand is not good, and he will fold to a lead.
2. He is LAG, my hand is a monster, and he will raise enough for me to 3-bet all-in.
3. He is weak, I have a great draw, and he will raise little enough for him to be able to fold to a 3-bet.
4. He is decent, my hand is marginal, and he will only raise with a hand that beats me.
