Villain is 40/13 with a limited number of hands observed.

Should I be calling this re-raise? I was worried about my kicker, but from the size of the re-raise could this be the least of my worries. Could this be a set or even two pairs. -gremlin |

I don't see yve's problem with the hand. Entire hand - including fold to flop c/r is standard.
edit: you are not allowed to raise Kxs unless you are bought in for maximum. |

i think preflop is marginal at best, i normally wouldn't raise here unless the blinds didn't defend much or played terrible post flop.
on the flop i bet most of the time and folding to the raise is very standard unless you have some super read. checking behind and waiting for a safe turn to bet has some merit, but most of the time i'm betting the flop. |

Pre is depeandant on table and should normally just be a variation play, however once you do it, I would say the rest of the hand is standard.
Personally id rather open with like 67o there or something or like 10 7s or something than King small, unless of course your playing some sorta of supa dupa donk. Reason for this is cause its just much easier to play post flop, and you wont loose too much too the people who go too far with hands like K10o, Kjo etc. Other than that you played the hand well. No way in hell im calling the flop raise barring some extra fantastic read. One last thing, If youre going to be opening with a range as wide as king small suited id recommend having at least 100b blinds behind. So reload Man. |
