I would be surprised if we're getting the whole story from Skaits. And then a person with one post links to a German post by someone with only 8 posts. Yeah, that's really credible...
This whole affair stinks, and never having had a problem with Full Tilt I'm inclined to think that they probably didn't do anything wrong here.

At least, I've got a hell of a lot more posts at the german forum (32 ;-) ), but I'm still just in my third month of poker and therefore a beginner in any respect. To make it clear: I would not bet my farm on who is wrong and who is right in this case. If I would have been a happy customer of a certain poker site for several years, I wouldn't bother much if someone complained about it. I just wanted to give a link to a similar case. Everybody has to make up his mind himself. Breston
