VVP really did say, "And we both know that Gavin Smith threw away one of the 8s" After the QQQ flop.

Two years ago I'd be outraged.

A year ago I'd laugh.

Now I just did a double take and say, oh yea, him.

If he hadn't thrown an 8 away then Dan could have won the pot with running 88. A 1000-1 shot, but still relevant.

Did this final table take like 16 hours or something because the blinds got absurdly high with 4 players still left? There were only around 40BB total in play.
