I need a joke where the puch line is "They both have too many bowties"
The line has to start, "What do (insert your answer here) and a discoid meniscus have in common." The answer is they both have too many bowties. So, I need something that has too many bowties, be creative but keep it PG-13 please. I need this by 6:20 am. For those that care a discoid meniscus in the knee is often recognized on MRI because it has too many bowties. Thank you, X

The other option for a joke could be...
What do you get when you mix Bond, Pee Wee, Abe Lincoln. Answer is a discoid Meniscus (3 bowties or more is the rule) I have thought of all the famous people with bowties, now I was just hoping one of you bright young minds could come with something even more creative. X
