The first thing you need to realize is that what's happening to you is normal and happens to EVERY poker play eventually. If you play long enough you will go through horrible streaks and you will go through streaks that seem like they are never going to end, but always do.

If it starts to get to you, you can take a little time off. If it starts to effect your bankroll or your confidence too much, you can step down in stakes temporarily until you build them back up.

Just remember, how you handle the bad streaks if every bit as important, and probably more important, then how you handle the good times and may determine how successful a poker player you will be in the long run.
