I've spent time in Sydney for work. One thing I always wondered was why a cheeseburger is served with a beet. This didn't happen at an American fast food place, but most sit down or deli type operations. A big red slice of beet which usually sits under the burger patty and soaks the bottom bun with red juice. God I hated that. And when I'd request no beet they'd look at me like I was an alien and then probably spit on my burger.

Other than that issue, I loved everything about Aus and Sydney. Awesome beer that's for sure.
