You're right, variance will throw me off. It is impossible to ever run at a consistent rate, but as poker variance is so incredibly unpredictable the best one can do it aim for a consistent long term winrate and accept the variance as it comes.

As I mentioned in my post, a lot of how successful this challenge is will be determined at the beginning.

There are going to be one or two months where I run incredibly well, and there are going to be one or two months where I run incredibly poor.

However, even if I start off extremely poor I will be giving updates all the way through.

EDIT: Everyone has their own opinions and I don't think it's fair to call anyone a 'clown' for expressing such.
