What else could shane have done? You've got a family to protect you are knee deep in [censored]--I honestly think they led up to him Lem as if it were the invevitable conclusion of decisions they made as a team a long time ago starting with Terry. What a fantastic episode. I am very happy this wasn't the last season.
Only thing is we all have to know at this point that Vic will be called to task for his sins at some point. That's one of the things that makes this show so disturbing and great at the same time. It's like having a drink with someone you know is headed to the electric chair the next day.
