is CodePoker to good to be true?

I am about to find out how good their support is.

I have problems with Prima sites that the software freezes.

Earlier today I flopped a set of 2s and then turned a FH.

Got folded on the river cos the software froze up.

I e-mailed support and they got back to me saying that it does look like I timed out and I would have won the hand!

They then add:

If I do get something back from them then they have got me as a loyal customer.
