I workout everyday and just to be on the safe side pump myself full of supplements that probably do very little.

I don't have a link. It is just an observation. Most guys who are in shape and put effort into their appearance can get to 7. You really have to not try or be disfigured in some way to get below 6

Heels add a a couple of inches. I've dated a few girls that were taller than me with in heels. Current Gf is 5'7" which works out great.

Problem is 80% of my friends are over 6 feet. Best friend is 6'3"-6'4". I also hang out at a bar where the local NHL team drinks so for my environment I feel short.
