Neither of these options should make any difference to your problem, but I will explain them anyway:
The option -s just makes v0.02 of FPHG go into silent mode (ie: is doesn't display anything while it's running if you use this option).
The option -d is just used to give a larger delay between consecutive memory scans. The only reason of the using the option -d is if you want to allocate more or less processor time to FPHG. Unless your system is under extreme load, then the -d option isn't necessary.
