You really need to put somes moves on this guy to know for sure. Me thinks he either has 0 game or is prob gay(closet). If you know any of his close friends just ask them if he has said anything about you. FWIW 90% of guys in this position would try and sex you. The other 10% is mainly gehys and guys with 0 game.
